Use your cooling system to heat your cab! From the original designer of the Firestorm UTV Cab Heaters comes our new and improved Ice Crusher Compact UTV Heaters. This Ice Crusher Under Dash Compact Heater kit has two 360 adjustable front louvers to direct the heat were you need. The heater features a three speed fan and temperature adjustment is located right on the 14,600 BTU* heater unit. The heater mounts under the center of the dash which leaves plenty of room for your feet. Kits are supplied with Y connectors which connect directly to the engines cooling system. Comes with templates, mounting brackets, hoses, custom CNC made Y fittings, built in shut off valve, clamps, hardware, wiring, hole saw, instructions, and more. Our MaxStat option not required for this heater.
*Heater BTU# output is theoretical and is dependent on the coolant temperature of the UTV and the flow rate of the coolant, which varies by UTV and engine RPM. Outside (ambient) temperature the UTV is being operated in also can change heater output. That being said these 14,600 BTU Heater Units are more that capable of heating 99.99% of all UTV's
#British Thermal Unit (BTU or Btu) is a traditional unit of work needed to raise the temperature of one pound of water by one degree Fahrenheit. One four-inch wooden kitchen match consumed completely generates approximately 1 BTU.

Shipping is FREE for the lower 48 States. For Canadian provinces that border the USA, there is a $30 per heater kit charge, and for non-bordering provinces, the fee is $50 per heater kit. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible to pay return shipping and the item must be returned in a new condition to receive a refund.

Great Heater for the Kubota RTV500
The heater works very well in my Kubota Rtv500. The install wasn't too bad but it does require that you remove a fair amount of interior in order to run the heater hoses. The instructions say to drain the coolant from the radiator but you only have to drain a small amount so that you dont have any coolant in the lines when you disconnect. The hoses are located high enough so there is no coolant lose. After installing the heater I prefilled the coolant hoses to prevent an air lock. Also elevated the rear wheel on some car ramps so that the radiator was higher than the heater core which helped remove all the trapped air. I could have install a universal heater for cheaper but the Ice Crusher heater installs easily and comes with everything needed. It's a great product and well made.

Pumps out the heat
Straight forward to install. As long as the engine is at a fast idle or better this unit really pumps out the heat. I was very impressed by the speed of the fan and how well it blows. I would recommend. Looks like a factory part too.
