Shipping Policy
We build each UTV heater kit and accessory order to suit, which usually takes one business day but during busier times it can extend to two business days. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS and UPS.
Should you receive a damaged package, please notify UPS or USPS, immediately and then call us so that we can help you correct the problem.

Free Shipping in the Continental USA ONLY.
Cab Heaters ship to Canadian provinces that border the USA for a $15 per heater kit fee. Non-bordering provinces cost $40 per heater kit. The customer is responsible for any brokerage, duties, taxes or fees that may apply.
Payment Policy
Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), Pay Pal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Charges will show up on your Credit Card Statement as J&S Industries, LLC. By authorizing any payment and/or placing an order, whether via the website or over the phone, with us you agree to our shipping, return, and warranty policies and have read and understand these policies.
Return Policy
Unauthorized returns will be refused. Please let us know you are returning something by calling us at 888-964-0135, text 763-292-3066, fill out our contact form, or email us at info@utvheaters.com. We will not accept any returns after 30 days so please inspect your order upon receipt.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all accepted returns (cores excepted) unless they are defective. This is to cover shipping and handling costs and once an item is sold, opened, and returned we can no longer sell it as a "new" item, so it has to be resold at reduced pricing. Freight/Shipping is not refundable. Returned items shipped with "free shipping" will have our shipping costs taken from any refund. Returned items must be repacked as sent. Any returned items received damaged because of incorrect packing will not be accepted and/or refunded, items will be returned to the customer at the customer's cost. All items returned for refund must have return shipping/freight paid by the returnee unless it was our error. All returns must include a copy of the sales invoice. If a copy of the original invoice is not supplied the return will not be processed. Should you receive a damaged package or part please notify UPS, USPS, FedEx, or carrier immediately and then call us so that we can help you correct the problem. Pictures must be taken of the damage and sent to us in helping with any claims.
We reserve the right to change these policies at any time.
Coupons and Coupon Codes
To use coupons or coupon codes, type the code into the coupon box at check out. Coupons will be honored for orders over a stated dollar amount (not including shipping costs). One coupon is used per person and/or per address. Web orders ONLY. The coupon is good until 11:59 pm on the date stated and cannot be combined with any other offer.
