Shipping & Returns
All orders are normally shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Sometimes things happen beyond our control and shipments may be delayed. During the winter/holiday season, some items like Cab Heaters may take up to 1-2 weeks to ship. Custom made Items like cab enclosures may take up to 2-4 weeks to ship from order date. This time frame is only an estimate. Please place your order in plenty of time to receive it when you need it or call for an updated time frame. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS and FedEx. Large items shipped via truck freight. Should you receive a damaged package or part please notify UPS, USPS, FedEx or carrier immediately and then call us so that we can help you correct the problem. Truck orders must be inspected upon receipt, if there is any damage it must be noted on the bill of lading. If damages are found after the shipment is accepted you must notify the carrier within 48 hours to file a concealed damage claim. No claims can be made after this time frame. Couper’s Products LLC now has Free Shipping on all orders over $150, Some items Oversized or shipped Truck Freight not included in the Free Shipping Offer.
Free Shipping and Shipping Rates
Free Shipping in the Continental USA ONLY. When shipping charges are required the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the cost of your products. Please Note: If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will email your tracking information. It may take up to 72 hours to receive tracking, but normally within 48 hours of processing your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Please note that if your order contains more than one item the items may ship separately and by different carriers and/or be shipped from different manufacturers or warehouses and from different locations throughout the country.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Discover), Pay Pal, Cashiers Check/Money Order. Charges will show up on your Credit Card Statement as Couper’s Products LLC which is our parent company. By authorizing any payment and/or placing an order, whether via website or over the phone, with us you agree to our shipping, return and warranty policies and have read and understand these policies. For shipments into Canada we cannot accept payments via Paypal. Credit card payments only. Canadian customers are responsible for all fees, taxes and duties as we have no control over these. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. Mailing Address For Check/Money Order
Unauthorized returns will be refused. Please let us know you are returning something by calling us at 802 294 0016 or fill in the online RMA Form. We will not accept any returns after 30 days so please inspect your order upon receipt. We will not accept for return any part worth less than $5.00 unless it is defective or we made an error looking the part up (it costs you more than that to handle it). Electrical parts of any kind (these include but not limited to CDI's, V/Regulators, Stereos, Speakers, Winches etc) are not returnable for any reason unless they are defective, or we made an error looking the part up. Whether a item is defective is determined by manufacturer, not by us or the customer. If an item is defective the manufacturer's warranty procedure must be followed. See documentation supplied with the item or manufacturer's website for this procedure. We will help with any issues with warranty claims but we can only work within the manufacturer's guidelines.
Parts that have been fitted cannot be returned unless they are defective, all parts must be returned in their original boxes, bags etc. Windshields that have had the protective shipping coating removed are not returnable. Any fitment issues will need to documented with clear pictures to verify and help with any issues. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all accepted returns (cores excepted) unless they are defective. This is to cover shipping and handling costs and once an Item is sold, opened and returned we can no longer sell it as a "new" item, so it has to be resold at reduced pricing. Custom made orders are not returnable, if an item is defective the manufacturer's warranty procedure must be followed. Freight/Shipping is not refundable. Returned items shipped with "free shipping" will have our shipping costs taken from any refund. Returned items must be repacked as sent. Any returned items received damaged because of incorrect packing will not be accepted and/or refunded, items will be returned to customer at customer's cost. All items returned for refund must have return shipping/freight paid by returnee unless it was our error. Items returned COD's will not be accepted. All returns must include a copy of the sales invoice. If a copy of the original invoice is not supplied the return will not be processed. Should you receive a damaged package or part please notify UPS, USPS, FedEx or carrier immediately and then call us so that we can help you correct the problem. Pictures must be taken of damage and sent to us in helping with any claims. For shipments into Canada and/or overseas the customer is responsible for all fees, taxes and duties. All items purchased through an ebay auction and returned (only new parts not used parts may be returned) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and fees charged by ebay. Freight is not refundable. Please note: We cannot guaranty that a certain item/accessory will fit a certain make of machine because manufacture’s and the manufacture’s of accessories change specs continually. Also aftermarket equipment can alter fitment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that these parts will work with their particular vehicle especially if fitted with aftermarket accessories.

To use coupons or coupon codes, type the code into coupon box at check out. Coupons will be honored for orders over a stated dollar amount (not including shipping costs).
